She was born in 1975 in Kırşehir. She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 2000. After spending the first four years of her working life in the banking and insurance sector, she started his HR journey in a textile company. Then, after working as an HR manager in a company operating in the field of production for many years, her path crossed with Gentek Medikal in 2015. Since 2013, she has been an expert on labor law registered to Ankara Bar Association and is a member of Peryön Central Anatolia Branch. She is married and the mother of Demir and Tuna.
