Doku m\u00fchendisli\u011fi ilkelerinin 3 boyutlu biyo-bask\u0131 teknolojisindeki geli\u015fmelerle birlikte kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, laboratuvarda \u00f6zel yap\u0131m doku ve organ \u00fcretme potansiyeline sahiptir. M\u00fckemmel anatomik uyum sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, 3D biyo-bask\u0131, klini\u011fe aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6nc\u00fcl \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla canl\u0131 ve i\u015flevsel insan dokular\u0131 ve organlar\u0131 \u00fcretme vaadini g\u00f6stermektedir. 3D bask\u0131, biyobozunur polimerik iskeleler ve ard\u0131ndan in vitro ve in vivo \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla ilgili deneyimimiz, doku iskelesi i\u00e7 mimarisinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra mezenkimal k\u00f6k h\u00fccreler ve nanopartik\u00fcl yap\u0131da kontroll\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fcme fakt\u00f6r\u00fc sal\u0131m sistemi ile i\u015flevselle\u015ftirmenin kemik dokusunun yenilenmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck umut vaat etti\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
