Daha sonra mikrobiyoloji, h\u0131zl\u0131 tespit, hijyen ve biyosavunma konular\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile Pamukkale \u00dcniversitesi Biyomedikal M\u00fchendisli\u011fi\u2019nde Do\u00e7ent olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Ayn\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmde Profes\u00f6r olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam etmektedir. Milli Savunma \u00dcniversitesi, Eski\u015fehir Teknik \u00dcniversitesi, \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi, \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Cerrahpa\u015fa, Arel \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde misafir \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi olarak lisans ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc g\u00f6revler almaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 tespit sistemleri, validasyon, verifikasyon, kalite y\u00f6netim, KBRN ve biyosavunmad\u0131r.
