Seminerin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, dif\u00fczyon tens\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc tahmin etmede benzersiz bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm elde etmek i\u00e7in gerekli matematiksel ko\u015fullardan, DTI gradyan \u015femalar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme gradyanlar\u0131n\u0131n etkisini en aza indirmeye y\u00f6nelik stratejiler ve ard\u0131ndan dif\u00fczyon MR sinyali i\u00e7in yeni bir modelin geli\u015ftirilmesinden ba\u015flayarak, Complete Fourier Direct MR (CFD-MR) ad\u0131 verilen bu \u00fcr\u00fcn tan\u0131t\u0131lacak. Dahas\u0131, DTI gibi, MRI duyarl\u0131l\u0131k haritalamas\u0131 \u015fu anda MR modaliteleri aras\u0131nda bir dayanak olu\u015fturma s\u00fcrecindedir. Kantitatif Duyarl\u0131l\u0131k Haritalamas\u0131n\u0131n (QSM) T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ilk kez Temmuz 2017&#8217;de uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, genetik mutasyonlu bir kohorttan beyin demir birikimi ile n\u00f6rodejenerasyon \u00fczerine yak\u0131n zamanda elde edilen \u00f6n sonu\u00e7lar sunulacak. Yeni g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme modaliteleri eklemek, do\u011frulu\u011fu art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in de\u011ferli ara\u00e7lar olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p>Prostat MR, son on y\u0131lda yerle\u015fik T2 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemeye dif\u00fczyon MR eklenmesinin, benign prostat hiperplazisinin agresif t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirdi\u011fi iyi bir \u00f6rnektir. Bununla birlikte, modalitelerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, g\u00f6zlemciler aras\u0131 ve g\u00f6zlemciler aras\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fkenlik endi\u015fesini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.
