Elektroe\u011firme y\u00f6ntemi, do\u011fal dokulardaki ECM&#8217;nin yap\u0131sal \u00f6zelliklerine benzer 2-boyutlu ve 3-boyutlu fibr\u00f6z doku iskelelerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in avantajlar sunar. Bu teknikle, fiberler birka\u00e7 nanometreden birka\u00e7 mikrometreye kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli aral\u0131klarda \u00fcretilebilir. Nano \u00f6l\u00e7ekli fiberler, \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli h\u00fccre t\u00fcrlerinin h\u00fccresel etkile\u015fimlerini iyile\u015ftirebilir; dahas\u0131, h\u00fccreler fenotipik ve fonksiyonel \u00f6zelliklerini fibr\u00f6z iskeleler \u00fczerinde koruyabilirler. Ek olarak, nanofibr\u00f6z iskelelerin topografisi, h\u00fccre yap\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 ve farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmede \u00f6nemli bir rol oynar. Bu nedenle, elektroe\u011frilmi\u015f iskeleler, doku m\u00fchendisli\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in h\u00fccresel etkile\u015fimleri art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla biyokimyasal ve mekanik ajanlar eklenerek fonksiyonel hale getirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Farkl\u0131 \u00f6zelliklerdeki fiber \u00f6rg\u00fclerin \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli e\u011firme yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu teknikler iskelenin yap\u0131sal \u00f6zelliklerini kontrol ederek istenen karakterdeki (\u00f6rne\u011fin hasarl\u0131 bir alana \u00f6zg\u00fc) iskelelerin \u00fcretilmesine olanak sa\u011flarlar. On be\u015fin \u00fczerinde makalesi, ulusal bir patenti ve devam eden \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u015ft\u0131rma projeleri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Dr. \u015eim\u015fek halen Malatya \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc \u00dcniversitesi Biyomedikal M\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde yard\u0131mc\u0131 do\u00e7ent olarak g\u00f6rev yapmaktad\u0131r.
