Fokal prostat kanseri tedavisinin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131n amac\u0131 olan kanser lezyonlar\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7ici olarak yok etme yetene\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde, 3 boyutlu kanser modelinde y\u00fcksek hassasiyetle kom\u015fu h\u00fccreleri mekanik olarak par\u00e7alara ay\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kan\u0131tlanan, \u00e7\u00f6kmeden \u00f6nce terap\u00f6tik ultrasona maruz b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda h\u0131zla geni\u015fleyen, tasarlanm\u0131\u015f perflorokarbon y\u00fckl\u00fc nanodroplets&#8217;\u0131 (ND&#8217;ler) tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Sunumun ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, pFUS yoluyla imm\u00fcnoterapi geli\u015ftirme ile ilgili son ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131mdan k\u0131saca bahsedece\u011fim. \u0130mm\u00fcnoterapi \u00fcmit verici bir tedavi y\u00f6ntemidir. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 tedavinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki bir engel, t\u00fcm\u00f6r mikro ortam\u0131n\u0131n tedavi etkinli\u011fini s\u0131n\u0131rlayan imm\u00fcn bask\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 karakteridir. Son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, termal olmayan darbeli odaklanm\u0131\u015f ultrasonun (pFUS) t\u00fcm\u00f6rlere kar\u015f\u0131 imm\u00fcn yan\u0131tlar\u0131 ba\u015flatmak i\u00e7in potansiyel bir rol\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmektedir. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm alt\u0131nda, farelerde farkl\u0131 pik negatif bas\u0131n\u00e7larda (PNP) sonike meme veya melanom yan t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m ve t\u00fcm\u00f6r mikro\u00e7evresinde IHC ve protein \/ sitokin analizi ile de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri ve dalak, lenfoid dokular\u0131n imm\u00fcn h\u00fccre pop\u00fclasyonlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri g\u00f6sterece\u011fim. ve IHC, H&amp;E boyama ve FACS y\u00f6ntemleriyle t\u00fcm\u00f6rler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Konu\u015fmac\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6mer Ayd\u0131n, \u015fu anda Erciyes \u00dcniversitesi Biyomedikal M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nde \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi olarak g\u00f6rev yapmaktad\u0131r. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nde ziyaret\u00e7i ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 olarak bulundu. Ulusal Sa\u011fl\u0131k Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nde (NIH, ABD) Radyoloji ve G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme Bilimleri&#8217;nde doktora sonras\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 olarak bulundu (2016-2018). Lisans derecesini Ba\u015fkent \u00dcniversitesi Biyomedikal M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nden (2007), Yeditepe \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden Y\u00fcksek Lisans Derecesi (2009) ve Michigan \u00dcniversitesi Biyomedikal M\u00fchendisli\u011fi&#8217;nden (2016) doktora derecesini ald\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, SERS tabanl\u0131 biyosens\u00f6r uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in Y\u00fczeyle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f Raman Spektroskopisinin, yumu\u015fak litografinin geli\u015ftirilmesine odaklanmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, kemik metastazlar\u0131n\u0131 etkili bir \u015fekilde hedefleyebilen yeni &#8220;ak\u0131ll\u0131&#8221; partik\u00fcller gibi ila\u00e7 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sistemlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve ultrason arac\u0131l\u0131 h\u00fccresel ablasyon i\u00e7in perflorokarbon y\u00fckl\u00fc nanodropletler tasarlad\u0131.
