He was born in 1980 in the town of Mut in Mersin. Primary School Grades 1 and 2 studied in Manisa Akhisar, Grades 3, 4 and 5 in Kayseri. He completed his secondary, high school and university education in Ankara. In 2005, just after graduating from Başkent University Biomedical Engineering Department, he completed his military service.
He worked as a Technical Service Engineer for biochemistry devices for 1.5 years at Mega Medikal. He worked as a Technical Service and Sales Engineer for 3.5 years in the electron microscopes department of Optronik Optik Elektronik. He worked as Business Development Manager for Turkey and the Turkic Republics for 2 years in Barco NV. He worked as Assistant Product Inspector at Turkey Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency Vice President of Corporate Audit Services Department in the Medical Device Control in 2013.
He is currently working as a Medical Planning Unit Supervisor-Health Specialist at the Medical and Business Planning Department of the General Directorate of Health Investment, to which he was appointed in 2014. He carries out tasks such as medical device planning, determination of medical device distributions-configurations, and revision of technical specifications of city hospitals built with the Public-Private Partnership model. He is married and has one child.
